Each and every quarter an external company (The For Sale Sign Analysis Group) come to the area to and take an audit of the number of SOLD signs up in M41.
With this being the case I am delighted to be able to boast that we have more sold signs than any other agent in M41 and it is the 6th quarter in a row which confirms we are the leading agent in the area. 29.8% of the SOLD signs in M41 are with us at HOME. To say I am proud of our team is an understatement!
Being an independent company we have to strive for the same end goal as our vendors which is selling their property for the best possible price possible and in a timescale that suits their requirements.
